The Triumph
The Triumph is the first installation in a series. It opened in the summer of 2007 at the LAL Project Space in Lexington Kentucky. The Triumph was the first project of the Smith Townsend Collaborative and the beginning of a series of projects relating to a central concept. A group of cows are towing/abandoning two large objects of unknown utility. The objects represent sculpture/architecture/civilization and so on. On the opposite side of the room stands a lectern with a large book of drawings.
